Personally, I used to suffer from PMS symptoms and life-halting period pain. For years I thought it was a normal part of being a woman and learned how to muscle through it.
I was a competitive track and field athlete for 15 years, and thought I was doing everything right.
I drank the green juices…
I intermittently fasted…
I took the supplements…
But I would always feel bloated, tired and irritable.
What I know for sure is that as women, we have been the target for diets and food restriction and I was no exception. This needs to stop.

After I completed my nutrition and culinary certifications, I was overjoyed that I had finally learned the truth about my female anatomy, but I was equally troubled by how I didn’t have this knowledge earlier in life.
This is what inspired me to bring the science of nutrition to women and educate them on how to nourish their bodies for hormone and metabolic health without compromising the pleasures of life.

Everyone is different. Based on where you are metabolically, results can happen anywhere between 1 month to a year
Yes! This program is meant to educate you on the foundational principles of supporting hormones and metabolism while focusing on nuance and bio-individuality each step of the way. Most recipes included are gluten and nut friendly!
While increasing your metabolic rate will inevitably come with shedding unneeded weight, it should not be a reason for joining the program. The focus of this program is getting to the root of our hormone and metabolic issues and repairing them sustainably.
This is a self-paced program. There is a lot of information to digest in this course, and I wanted it to be manageable for everyone given that we all have different time restrictions and availability. Each lesson runs anywhere between 15-40 minutes long. If you do 3 lessons a week, you should be done with the entire program in about 6 weeks.
This course is not intended for women who are already pregnant or breastfeeding. Please always consult your doctor before making any fundamental changes if you are pregnant for any program!
